Splash Rain Barrel Workshop - August 9th, 2024
SPLASH is hosting a Rain Barrel Workshop on
Friday, August 9, 2024, 2pm-4pm
at
E-470 Public Highway Authority Service Center
22470 E. Stephen D. Hogan Parkway, Authority Board Room, Aurora, CO 20018
THIS CLASS IS NOW FULL!
Registration for this class is now full.
If you purchased a second, regularly priced barrel and kit bundle (or other purchase eligible for free delivery), you will pick up your order AFTER class at 4pm. Your confirmation email will contain pick up information and your reservation number (1P-20P).
CLASS AND RESERVATIONS FOR FREE DELIVERY FOR THIS EVENT ARE NOW FULL.
The workshop includes a presentation on rain barrels and instructions on how to build your own rain barrel, a 55-gallon rain barrel, and connector kit. We will also provide you with an installation guide to help you connect your new rain barrel to a downspout.
You will need to be able to take home your rain barrel at the end of the workshop. Sorry, but we will not be able to store your rain barrel for pick up at a later date. We will only have enough barrels for those that register and will not be able to accommodate any walk-ins.
Due to the popularity of these workshops and the long waiting list, please only register one person for one barrel per household (Colorado residents only).
Please visit SPLASH https://www.splashco.org/rain-barrel-workshops and E-470 https://www.e-470.com/our-commitment/sustainability/ for more stormwater pollution prevention tips. You can also find further instructions for rain barrel installation on Colorado Stormwater Center’s website HERE.
